Adepticon 2023 – Star Wars: Legion Day 1

The Star Wars: Legion World Championship kicks off on Thursday, March 23, with the Last Chance Qualifier event, offering up to 128 players one last chance to compete in the main event. After three rounds, a minimum of four players will qualify and advance to Day 1 of the main event. With the remaining Top 16 on “Stand By” to fill any vacancies. See the events packet for more information. For those who don’t qualify, you will still be able to play and participate in the Star Wars: Legion side events.

Rival armies battle over control of a partially-submerged industrial facility, on a planet left to salvagers and scrappers. Natural gas still vents from the long-abandoned facility, valuable fuel for the war effort. Forces converge to secure these important points on the battlefield. Little do they know, they’re not the only ones scavenging these wastes…

Forces converge on a remote storage facility under cover of darkness. The attacking forces (the blue player) have identified the most valuable items in the facility, and must locate the specific cargo and escape. To do this, they will need to shut down the faciliy’s defense-turret array so that a transport can extract them safely. Caught unaware, the defensing forces (the red player) must fight to stop the attackers at all costs and keep their defenses online…

Star Wars: Legion invites you to join the unsung battles of the Star Wars galaxy as the commander of a unique army filled with troopers, powerful ground or repulsor vehicles, and iconic characters . Open tables are available for players to play throughout Adepticon.
