Adepticon 2023 – Star Wars: X-Wing Day 1

We are thrilled to be hosting the following Star Wars: X-Wing Events at Adepticon 2023:

Tournaments

Last Chance Qualifier

Cost: $15

The Star Wars: X-Wing World Championship kicks off on Thursday, March 23, with the Last Chance Qualifier event, offering up to 128 players one last chance to compete in the main event. After 5 Swiss rounds, a minimum of 16 players will qualify and advance to Day 1 of the main event. For those who don’t qualify, you will still be able to play and participate in the Star Wars: X-Wing side events.

This event has limited capacity and is intended for players who do not already have a X-Wing World Championship invitation. We ask those players who already have invitations looking for practice to instead participate in the Warm Up Tournament.

For those players arriving early and looking to do some last minute preparation for The Star Wars: X-Wing World Championship! Three rounds of Standard Swiss pairings. This is a Standard Game Mode event.

Battle of Yavin – Empire

Cost: $5

The Battle of Yavin Scenario puts players in the middle of this climatic battle with unique rules that cast one player as the Rebels desperately attempting to destroy the Death Star with a successful trench run and the other player leading the Imperial defense. Components from the Battle of Yavin Scenario Pack are required to play! This is a Standard Game Mode event. Squads and gameplay will follow the rules set forth in the Battle of Yavin Scenario Pack and as set forth in the event packet.

Siege of Coruscant
4:45PM-7:30PM
10 Player Capacity
Cost: $5

The Siege of Coruscant puts players on both sides of the monumental battle, with one player commanding the Republic forces desperately trying to rescue Supreme Chancellor Palpatine from the clutches of the Separatists and the other player attempting to stop them. Components from the Siege of Coruscant Scenario Pack are required to play! This is a Standard Game Mode event. Squads and gameplay will follow the rules set forth in the Siege of Coruscant Scenario Pack and as set forth in the event packet.
